Paleo Meals

The Paleo diet is based on the idea that for improved health we should go back to eating whole, unprocessed and nutritionally nourishing foods. In general, eating Paleo means enjoying foods like veggies, fruits, meats, fish, certain fats, nuts, and seeds. It also means removing grains (breads, pastas, rice etc), beans, soy, dairy, certain vegetable oils and refined sugar from our diet.

For more information check it out online. Then give it a try – you'll love it!

Each day we offer a healthy Paleo meal option:

Single meal - $14

Mon-Fri / 5 meals - $60

Check out this week's paleo meal options on our Facebook page.
